OA Head Trainer and Programme Cordinator: Greg Long
Qualification: Personal Trainer (Certificate IV) & Gym instructor (Certificate iii)
Speciality: Sport specific fitness, weight training and weight loss.
Background: Greg is currently one of the best outrigger canoeists in the world placing 2nd and 5th in the 2007, 08 Molokai world championships in Hawaii. He is a multiple Australian title holder and has also represented NSW in Waterpolo.

Expect to work hard! Sessions will be designed and manipulated to achieve the client’s desired results, but regardless of this goal total commitment to each session will be required. Clients are expected to be on time and ready to work hard from the minute the session commences therefore enhancing one’s experience and maximising the client’s valuable time. Sessions will be innovative and interesting which helps to keep motivations running high.


Personal or groups sessions available on request. Training may include on or off water training.
